LandCare for the Future

CANCELATION POLICY

- All cancelations must be notified by email to landcare.project@usc.es
- If you are not able to attend the meeting after payment, you may transfer your registration to a substitute attendee, as long as the LANDCARE FOR THE FUTURE Organization Committee is notified properly.
- For cancelations received before 15 June 2018 we will refund 50% of the total registration cost.
- For cancelations received after 15 June 2018 we will not refund the fees unless the registrant presents a proof of impossibility of attendance. The acceptance of the justification and the percentage of the fee refunded will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Registrants for the conference that do not appear will not be refunded.
