Hi! My name is Colleen and I am originally from the US, but I now live in Galicia, Spain where I am doing a Master’s in Environmental and Outdoor Education.

I have worked on projects related to education, environmentalism, women’s rights and migration in different parts of Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. I am interested in the intersection between social justice, education, and environmental conservation/restoration.

I will be attending my first Landcare course and internship this spring and I look forward to sharing an interdisciplinary perspective at the “Landcare for the Future” conference.  It would be great to see you there, too!
